Why In Control?

While certain things in our lives are out of our control, our physical health is our responsibility and IN OUR CONTROL. I created this program for most populations. I created it for the beginners and the advanced. This program will educate, challenge, and push you to meet your goal(s).

If you are reading this, this means you are ready and committed. And hey, even if you do not feel ready, I am proud of you for taking the first step. Throughout this program, you have my full support and guidance — no matter the package you chose.

Within the next six weeks, we will focus on nutrition, strength training, building endurance, working on our balance, developing core strength, and testing our speed, agility and quickness.

No Gym? No Problem!

The In Control Program can be completed anywhere! During my weight loss journey, I lost almost 100lbs at home, with limited equipment but the tools to still achieve my weight loss goals!

Only equipment needed is access to the internet, dumbbells, resistance bands, agility cones, and a mat. Coach Toya will provide the agility cones and resistance bands.
